Proud Nominees – Iarnród Éireann Contractor of the Year 2024

We’re proud to share that Irish Sea Contractors was nominated for Iarnród Éireann’s Contractor of the Year 2024 (Always Safe Awards), recognising our strong health, safety and collaboration performance on works at Rosslare Europort.

While we didn’t take home the top award, being shortlisted among some of Ireland’s leading infrastructure contractors is a fantastic honour and testament to the hard work and commitment of our team.

Our connection with Rosslare runs deep — it’s where the company began in the 1980s, with our first office based in the port. Today, we continue to play an active role in its development through underwater survey and inspection works, our fender maintenance framework, and ongoing vessel repair and inspection projects.

With Rosslare Europort’s ambitious plans to become a key hub for offshore renewables, we’re excited to continue contributing to its growth and to collaborate with larger contractors on future projects.
